STRENGTH PROJECT

  1. Weekday: Every Monday (7pm - 9pm)

  2. Weekend: Every Saturday (7pm - 9pm)

  • Be accessible to anyone, regardless of the fitness level or previous experience with exercise.

  • Using your own body weight as resistance, to target all major muscle groups in your body.

  • Become the best version of yourself.
