The Beginning: Finding My Language


Hey, I'm Des. Like many young people, I was once adrift, seeking my path in life. Nothing seemed to click – until I discovered calisthenics. This wasn't just another workout routine; it became my universal language in a world where I often felt like an outsider. Through calisthenics, I learned that strength transcends all barriers, including language and cultural boundaries. (me in 8 years ago.)

The Evolution: Beyond Physical Training


As I delved deeper into this practice, calisthenics revealed itself as an art form – a beautiful choreography between mind and body. It demands not just physical prowess but mental fortitude. My unique perspective, shaped by my diverse background, became my strength, adding new dimensions to this ancient practice.

The Reality Check: Behind the Progress


Let me be clear – this isn't your typical "transformation" story about motivation and success. After eight years, I'm still:


• Wrestling with challenging movements

• Getting nervous before sharing

• Worried about letting down my supporters

• Hiding pressures behind a confident smile But you know what? That's perfectly normal. I'm still that same detail-oriented person, just with more experience and understanding.



That's why I created DAILYCALI - A Platform for Change


Since 2021, DAILYCALI isn't just a name—it's a mission.


This personal journey inspired the creation of DAILYCALI, to develop deep into health science and psychology, translating complex concepts into actionable insights:

  1. Making calisthenics accessible to everyone

  2. Providing quality education in multiple languages

  3. Building an inclusive community that celebrates diversity

A Message to Aspiring Practitioners Are you dreaming of becoming an experienced practitioner, coach, or entrepreneur? Here's what I've learned: these roles aren't as distant as they seem. You don't need more motivational content. Instead: • Stay authentic to yourself • Focus on personal growth • Trust that timing will align when you're ready

Keep Moving Forward. My mission remains simple yet profound: helping others experience the same life-changing impact that calisthenics had on me. Because sometimes, the most powerful transformations come not from changing who we are, but from discovering who we've always been.
