Basic Strength Classes

Focus: Fundamental bodyweight movements

Stage 2:
Movement Classes Lv.1

Skills Enhancement
Focus: Weighted Pull-up mastery, Lever progressions, Handstand basics
Goal: Transform strength into skill, preparing for elite-level challenges

Stage 3:
Movement Classes Lv. 2

Elite Breakthrough
Focus: Planche, Handstand Push-up, Muscle-up, Human Flag, Iron Cross, Advanced Rings
Goal: Conquer elite calisthenics skills, redefine your personal limits
